How to use this daily
Generate one entry per G or W from your block. Paste the markdown into your log (Notion, Obsidian, a Google Doc, anywhere). On day 48-hours-later, re-attempt the question without reading the entry first. If your anchor holds, mark the entry done. If it doesn't, rewrite the anchor.
